Our Story
Born from a gap, built with purpose
The Problem We Saw
Across India, thousands of UPSC aspirants — from big cities and small towns, from English-medium colleges and Hindi-medium backgrounds alike — were spending lakhs on coaching yet receiving incomplete preparation. Syllabi were “covered,” but aspirants were not truly ready.
पूरे भारत में हजारों UPSC अभ्यर्थी — बड़े शहरों से और छोटे कस्बों से, English माध्यम और Hindi माध्यम दोनों से — लाखों रुपये खर्च करके भी अधूरी तैयारी के साथ रह जाते थे। पाठ्यक्रम “पूरा” होता था, लेकिन अभ्यर्थी वास्तव में तैयार नहीं होते थे।
The Answer We Built
Purna IAS was founded to fix exactly this. We built the PTMF — Purna Topic Mastery Framework — a 5-level scientific system that works equally powerfully for both English and Hindi medium aspirants. It takes every topic from NCERT foundation all the way to Mains answer writing. Not completion. Mastery.
